As goes Israel, so goes the World!

Such a tiny country compared to its neighbors and the rest of the world, yet it is the most hated nation with the most coveted piece of real estate on earth. And why one might ask. The answer is simple. It is hated because Satan hates everything that God loves and everyone to whom God has attached his majestic name. Israel means, "Prince of God." Ever since God called Abraham to leave Ur of the Chaldees to look for a city whose builder and maker is God, and then promised him and his seed to be blessed and a blessing to the nations of the earth, Satan has done all he can to annihilate the Jewish people and wipe their memory from the minds of the world.

THERE IS ONLY ONE PROBLEM...GOD KEEPS DELIVERING THEM TIME AND TIME AGAIN! It's as if His very name is at stake and it is! God furthermore has chosen the plot of ground upon which Israel sits and the Palestinians are trying to usurp as His own! And all who trouble themselves with it will cut to pieces according to Zechariah 12:3, for whom this blog is named.

As goes Israel, so goes the world!!!

All life began in the Garden of Eden, some believe it was located in Israel, due to its proximity to the 4 Rivers which ran through the Garden. God promised the land to Abraham and his descendants, and now to the chagrine of the entire world, they inhabit the land and God's promises keep on being fulfilled. The most important person in History was Jewish (Jesus). Human history will end in Israel with Christ seated on the throne of his Father David. And Satan knows this. It is no wonder that the Jewish people have been so senselessly despised and persecuted throughout their history.

And it will continue to be attacked and persecuted in these last days. Listen to the words of John in Revelation.

Rev 12:1 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:
Rev 12:2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.
Rev 12:3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
Rev 12:4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.
Rev 12:5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and [to] his throne.
Rev 12:6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred [and] threescore days.

This passage is describing Israel and her plight during the last half of the Great Tribulation. The woman clothed in the Sun is none other than the wife of Jehovah, Israel herself. We are eternally indebted to her for giving us Jesus and an opportunity to be grafted into the vine (Romans 11:20-29). She will be persecuted but God will protect her and in fact already has a place prepared to divinely protect her in these last days!

And we are seeing this beginning to come about. There is an insane Anti-Semitism on both the left and right in this country. Just last week, a madman killed 2 in the Holocaust Museum in Washington D.C. And instead of a massive outcry against Anti-Semitism, we are getting a lecture on the need for gun control and how crazy people are the radical right. How absurd!

I am an obstacle to peace. At least that is what Barack Obama thinks. I am what he calls, a 'settler'. It is because of me and my family and neighbors that there is no peace in the world. After all, we are sending our kids to school to get educations to better themselves and the world. We are living our daily lives, farming the land and turning the desert to green. What a crime! At the same time, look what the Arabs are doing today. The Arabs who came in as occupiers of our land, hate Jews, lose wars they waged against us, and then blame us for all their ills. They support terrorism, harbor terrorists and run a totally corrupt government both in Gaza and the Samarian region. They burn American flags in the streets and hand out candy to strangers when Americans are killed in terror attacks. And Obama comes to this region and says that the Arabs have suffered under us and that it is intolerable?

Aren't there more appropriate issues for this U.S. president to focus on? Hmmm, North Korea has the bomb, Iran wants to get it to use against Israel and the West, and Obama, oops, I mean Osama, is threatening another terror attack on America, bigger than the 9-11 attack ...but I, a Jewish re-settler in my own homeland am the obstacle to peace?

Let us never forget that Israel is the Apple of God's Eye! And you don't go touching the Wife of Jehovah without getting Jehovah's wrath to fall upon you. As goes Israel so goes the world, and as goes a country's attitude toward Israel will go that country's fate. We are told that in the last days all nations will come against Jerusalem and God will judge those nations there. We truly are living in the last days! Let us win as many people to Christ as we can while there is still time! God Bless!
