And cried with a loud voice, as [when] a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices. Revelation 10:3
This passage [Rev. 10] describes a vision in which John sees the Lord Jesus claiming what is rightfully his. He was found worthy to take the scroll [I believe the title deed of the earth.] and to open its seals in chapter 5. He has unleashed His wrath in chapters 6-9. Now, he is declaring that the Mystery of God is finished. He sets one foot on the land and one on the sea showing that All power is given Him in Heaven and earth and that He is Lord of the living and of the dead, the great and small, the earth as well as the massive sea of humanity!
The direction that all human history is going is found in Philippians 2:9-11, and that is that EVERY knee is going to bow and EVERY tongue confess that He is Lord! He is worthy of worship, yet not all will worship Him voluntarily! Some will only worship and bow when forced. To them, He will roar!

 Isa 42:13 | The LORD shall go forth as a mighty man, he shall stir up jealousy like a man of war: he shall cry, yea, roar; he shall prevail against his enemies. |
| Hsa 11:10 | They shall walk after the LORD: he shall roar like a lion: when he shall roar, then the children shall tremble from the west. |
| Joe 3:16 | The LORD also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but the LORD [will be] the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel. |
| Amo 1:2 | And he said, The LORD will roar from Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the habitations of the shepherds shall mourn, and the top of Carmel shall wither |
There is coming a day when the Lion of the Tribe of Judah will roar and force all of His enemies into subjection! However, In this world in which we live today, it's so easy to get discouraged! All around us it seems that the Devil is the only roaring lion. He and his minions are doing all they can to destroy the work of God and His people. The enemies of God are loud and proud. They are roaring and mocking saying, "Where is the promise of His coming!" They are sowing discord among the brethren, lying and assassinating the character of God's men and women. They are corrupting mankind and destroying souls! Many are departing from the faith giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of demons. And because iniquity is abounding, the love of many, even within the body of Christ, is growing cold.
But friends, TAKE HEART!!! Christ is coming again ~NOT TO TAKE SIDES BUT TO TAKE OVER!!! He is going to roar in Zion! His children will delight themselves in Him; His enemies will run but not be able to hide. The Kingdoms of this World HAVE become the Kingdoms of our God and of His Christ! Christ will take back what rightfully belongs to Him! That day is soon and very soon!
But the question is this, "When the Son of Man returns, will he find faith in the Earth?" Will he find us as a church as being faithful? Will he find you as an individual as living faithful and serving Him and others faithfully? OR WILL YOU BECOME A CASUALTY OF WAR!?! Will you allow the Devil and others to rob you of your joy and your love to grow cold? PLEASE DON'T ALLOW THAT TO HAPPEN! Do as David did and ENCOURAGE YOURSELF IN THE LORD!!! Love God and Others! Win the Lost at any cost! And warn the wicked and wayward to repent before it's too late! Jesus is coming, FIGHT ON WEARY SOLDIER; FIGHT ON!!!
